The "Story"
Since the early 1980's, Thomas A. Head has been a leader in development & construction in South Florida. From hotels to multiple retail and office buildings, Stinson-Head, Inc. helped shape the landscape of south Florida development.
Joined by his son, Thomas S. Head in 1998, Head Property & Head Construction went on to develop, build & manage medical facilities, office buildings, retail & self-storage facilities. The flagship project was the Florida Atlantic University R&D Park which comprised over 350,000 square feet of office buildings and research space for companies that were affiliated with the university.
Head Property is now moving into Land Acquisition within the Single-Family Rental (SFR) & For-Sale space. By teaming with prominent National Developers, Head Property is striving to leverage its' years of development experience by identifying and acquiring prime locations for this thriving market.
